Office and managers: ask a manager of your laundry — Settings → Users → 🔑 Reset password. You get a temporary password and choose your own at sign-in.
Drivers and workers (4-digit PIN): ask the office for a new PIN — HR → Employees → Save PIN.
Customers (portal): ask your laundry — Customers → Portal users → 🔑 Reset password.
